- Every task needs to be in teamwork, verbal tasks are not tasks.
- You can slack someone to let them know about a task but the task must already be in teamwork.
- All tasks must have clear directions in the task, do not just put “do thing”. Tell them what you need specifically and all important details, examples and references. (the initial task template will be the skeleton, you need to add information as onboarding progresses.
- Make sure that all tasks are using correct tags if relevant.
- All tasks must have time logged.
New Client Setup
- When an Account or Project Manager is assigned a new client/project they will create a new project, task lists and upload the needed templates.
- Each service or department will receive its own task list.
- Each client will also have an overarching Campaign Management Setup List and a pre-launch checklist.
Client Off-boarding
If a client cancels, make sure that you immediately upload the off-boarding template and begin working through the checklist.
