Instructions

  1. You will receive a task assignment on TeamWork from a senior member of the SEO team.
  2. Once you receive login access to BuzStream, click “New Project” to add the new client to the list of projects.
  3. Add all necessary team members to the project and make sure “Enable backlink monitoring (checked every two weeks)” is selected. Links should be checked in “any URL in the domain” and you do not need a Back Link report sent to any team members.Mention_Audit_SS_1
  4. Add “flagged” keywords for sites linking to you.
    • NOTE: This is a way to show both relevance and potential digital hazards. Consider adding some top campaign related keywords as well as negative keywords (i.e. viagra, gambling, xxx sites, etc.)
