Objective: introduce the client to their Account Manager and set a time for the kickoff meeting.
Copy and paste the following email:

Welcome to Venta Marketing! I wanted to introduce myself as your Account Manager for your digital marketing campaign. I will be your main point of contact moving forward and will be working with our team to manage your campaign. Here are the next steps and what you can expect:
1. Shared Slack Channel
We will create a shared Slack channel in our system which will allow for faster communication and visibility for the whole team. I will be setting this up over the next few days and you will receive an invitation to be on the lookout for. Please note that it could wind up in Spam/Junk since it’s machine-generated. We’ll chat about this and do a quick demo on it in the following step.
2. Kick-Off Call
I’ll schedule a call with you to briefly review your goals, our onboarding process, and a series of discovery questions so our team can get to know you and your business better. This call should only take about 45 minutes. Are you available for a video conference call on [Meeting time 1] or [Meeting time 2]? If not, please provide me with some dates and times that you are available!
3. Campaign Planning Meeting
After the kick-off call, our team will have a series of internal strategy meetings where we will layout potential campaign structure, messaging and creative examples. This will take us about 1 week to complete and then we will have our Campaign Planning Meeting to present our strategy to you and get feedback.
4. Campaign Buildout
After our Campaign Planning Meeting, we will go internal again to build out your full campaign. During this time we will be building out all of the landing pages and campaigns. This takes us 2 weeks to complete. At that time we will have our Launch Meeting to present the final Campaign to you. After that meeting, we will be ready to launch your campaigns unless you have any edits. If you do, we will complete those quickly and get everything back over to you for final approval.I will begin getting our Slack channel set up and everything ready for our kick-off call.
