- Each Monday we send out a weekly activity report to all clients above $650/month about the progress of their campaign
Checkin Call
Each client above $650 needs to have either a weekly, biweekly or monthly checkin call
Purpose:
- Is the client satisfied with the progression
- Communicate data
- Get approval on outstanding work
- Let them know what is upcoming

- Full Analysis and Strategy
- Schedule call with the client and send agenda

- Create a quarterly report based on 8 pillars and analytics data
- Develop quarterly strategy
- Send meeting recap
Daily Management
- Campaign managers are expected to check in on each campaign daily and record the spend and leads in your KPI sheets.
- Make adjustments to the campaign bids, keywords, and ads based on the data that has been collected.
Updated Creatives
While the design team will be watching the landing page analytics it is up to the campaign manager to analyze the campaign and determine if things are not working or if new ads are needed to keep the campaign from losing momentum.
