Usage Guidelines
- CMS login will be used to gain access to the client’s content management system (most commonly WordPress)
- For more specifics on gaining WordPress access see: WordPress Access
- Domain Registrar login will be used to launch the new website with the client’s domain name
- Hosting login will be used to launch the new website in place of the current one
- These should be requested within the first week of onboarding
How to Gain Access

- For the domain resgistrar, we’ll need the client to copy and paste the url where they login, the user name or customer ID and the password they use when logging in.
- For hosting, we’ll need the client to copy and paste the url where they login, the user name or customer ID and the password they use when logging in.
If client doesn’t know their domain registrar:
- Enter their domain here
- You’ll get a listing of information, go down to “Registrar” to find who it is.
- Then go to that registrar’s website and do a password reset for the client
- You may have to try several emails to find the one associated with their account
