- General performance
- Self assessment questions
- Manager assessment questions
- Goal progress from previous quarter

Prior to your quarterly review you are expected to have filled out your portion of the review template. Come prepared to answer all questions and provide a goal for the next quarter.
Manager Prep
Prior to your quarterly review you are expected to have filled out your portion of the review template for each report. Come prepared to answer all questions and help guide employee with choosing their goal for the next quarter.
Be prepared to discuss changes in:
- Policy
- Metrics/Goals
- Expectations
- Performance Improvement Plans
