- Every client who we are doing content for needs to fill this out during onboarding.
- This should be provided to the client prior to the kickoff call.
- You will go through this with them during the kickoff call and fill out any blank sections.
- Add the completed document to their drive folder.
Client Intake Questionnaire
The primary goal of this document is to best align client voice and goal outcomes. By filling out this questionnaire our Content Department will be able to better find the voice and tone you wish to present to your target audience and the type of conversation that will best resonate with your potential customers.
- What type of voice are you seeking to display in your content?
- What do you want your readers to feel after reading your content?
- What phrases and specific terminology do you want to be expressed in the content? What terms or phrasing needs to be excluded?
- How would you describe your company’s vibe?
- What do you want our Content Department to keep in mind when creating your content?
- Do you have any websites, blogs, or writers that you enjoy or may want your content inspired by? If so, which ones?
- What is your company’s unique selling proposition?
